ZFFV50 New Process - Cash and Bank Transfers in SAP

PROCESS OF CASH TRANSFERS BETWEEN OFFICES AND BANK IN SAP ECP TO BE CHANGED WEF 29/06/2018 AND USER MANUAL IS ATTACHED.

Gist of changes is below:
1.Initiation, approval & confirmation all within ZFFV50 hence no inbox business workflow.

2.No changes required in ZFWF as the same configuration is used in new process.

3.In case of any issue, please verify with roles and ZFWF before raising service desk ticket.

4.Process of assigning substitute is also attached which can be used while Treasurer/Post Master leaves.

CSI Quick Tally TCB is very useful tool for tallying TCB. This Quick TCB excel file is  Printable in Single  A4 Sheet.

HOW TO USE THIS EXCEL FILE ?
1) Type your Office Name  & TCB Date on the TOP of the Excel Sheet
2) Type your Office Cash Opening Balance as per SAP TCB.
3) Type your Branch office Names 
4) After Entering all the datas type the  cash denomination  in the Physical Cash particulars
5) If any difference it will appears in the Difference Column of the excel Sheet for re-check your entries

1. Cash received from HO/SO --- FROM TCB ( 4867100010/4867100000)

2. Stamp received from HO ---- FROM MB51 OR MB5B

3 .Cash remittance to HO/SO --- FROM TCB ( 4867100010/4867100000)

4. Cash in hand ---- FROM TCB ( 4867100000)

5. Closing balance --- FROM FAGLL03 for details of cash and stamps from MB52 and then consolidated

6. Postage stamps. --- FROM MB52 ( Better manual record maintain)

6. Revenue Stamps. --- FROM MB52. ( Better manual record maintain

7 Savings branch details. ---- FROM FINACLE

8. PLI/RPLI. ------ FROM MACCAMISH

9. All mpcm related RL, SP, ..... FROM BACK OFFICE REPORTS ( DETAILED OR CONSO...)

10.IPO SOLD OR ISSUE. ------- FROM BACK OFFICE REPORT

11.EMO PAID. ----------- FROM DPMS REPORTS.

12. Bills paid. --------------- FROM FAGLL03


In csi environment too hard to write smr. In daily Account all the heads are Totally different. So always use back office report and Tcb. In this method We can able to write SMR Easily ..... Give ur suggestions and feed back ....

Procedure to be followed in Account of CSI Non Migrated Policies

Generate Invoice:

  • Create Customer Invoice (DR) for Non Migrated Policy Holder
  • Go to FB70
  • Company code DOPI
  • Enter Customer number then press enter
  • Enter details of policy Holder
  • Click on Save button to generate liability document in CSI




Generate Receipts in POS Application:

  • Click Ack Print option in POS module
  • Enter the details of Policy then press Submit.
